Tonight after dinner, we biked to the nearest Tim Horton’s for some dessert.
It was refreshing to deviate from our usual routine. The temperature was perfect and it felt good to be outdoors.
Paula had a minor accident, though. We were crossing a major intersection and she missed the ramp down from the sidewalk to [...]
Well, guess what? I’m going to be published in a magazine for Pinoys!
It’s called “heyPhilippines!” and it will be distributed for free in Windsor and Detroit.
The article was first published here, in this very blog. Remember my post entitled, “Good-bye, St. Thomas the Apostle“? The photos will be included, too.

Turns out, the customs officer didn’t even look at Bobby’s permanent residence [...]

Bobby picked these up from the Oriental Store and requested them for breakfast this morning. No, it’s not a hidden mickey — it’s siopao! Asado, to be exact.
And today I finally mustered enough courage to make pizza dough from scratch. Well, I was sort of forced to do it because I couldn’t find frozen pizza [...]
